Mission of the Parkwood Baptist Benevolence Ministry

1.. Honor God with the financial resources of Parkwood Baptist Church and its members
(II Corinthians 8:1-4,12-15; Acts 2:44-45; Acts 4:34 ; Luke 12:42-44)

2.. Develop financial stewardship among church membership
(Luke 19:11-26; Malachi 3:10-12; Romans 13:7-8)

3.. Provide financial counseling and assistance to individuals and families within Parkwood who are in financial need
(Galatians 6:1-2)

4.. Develop a positive external witness to the non-Christian community and creditors
(Matthew 5:16)

5.. Train and develop financial counselors
(I Timothy 6:17-19)
