Cheese Ball
Appetizer

3 8 oz. cream cheese

1 large can crush pineapple

1/4-1/2 cup chopped green pepper

1 Tbs minced onion flakes

4-5 Tsp season salt (or more)

1 cup chopped pecan

*Drain off all juice

Mix all ingredients together. Chill. Form into a ball. Best if made one day before you serve.
