Southern Fried Bass
Recipe Description
INGREDIENTS: Bass fillets corn meal Salt and pepper 1/2 ts Lemon pepper. 1/2 ts Cayenn pepper.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Mix all ingredients together than dip Fish in olive oil then in flour mix & in the pan fry for 3 1/2 minutes then turn & Cook for 3 1/2 minutes more till the Fish are golden. Drain on paper towels or brown bags. Granish with sliced Lemon & Parsley. Serve with Hush Puppies & French Fries
